Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed within two days
of booking by means of a 50% bank deposit. Our bank details
are at the bottom of the page.
Fax or E-Mail your deposit slip with your Chalet No or Camp Stand No
as well as your name and contact details. (Consult our contact
details here).
NB: If NO deposit is received within two (2) days after
reservation is made, the booking will be considered canceled.
Booking Times:
Weekends are for a minimum of 2 days (Friday 16:00 to Sunday 16:00.)
Please note: Booking in on Fridays only untill 19:00
Long weekends, the whole weekend and not only a part thereof.
Late evacuation after 16:00 will be subject to a R100 fine.
NO REBATE AND / OR REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE IF YOU
DEPART BEFORE THE BOOKED DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME. ALSO NO
PARTIAL CANCELLATION WILL BE DONE AND/OR DEPOSIT'S REFUNDABLE SHOULD
YOU CANCEL.
Key Deposit:
A key and damage deposit of R100-00 CASH PER
CHALET is charged, which is repayable after careful inspection and
evacuation. All bookings will be canceled if you arrive late more
than one (1) hour.
